The Newsletter of the Society for
Archaeological Sciences (SAS Bulletin) invites those interested to
submit news for its section focused on archaeometric
research in maritime archaeology. Previous issues of the Bulletin can be
accessed via the SAS website at:

News regarding developments in the area,
through upcoming conferences, courses and fieldworks, published journals and
papers, recent thesis (abstracts), innovative methods and techniques, book
reviews and ongoing investigations, are especially welcome.
Submissions should not normally exceed 300
words, with the exception of book reviews and ongoing investigations (up to 500
words). Due to space limitations, the latter entries would be published in the
following issues and according to the order of submission.
The next deadline is January 1st (spring issue). To
submit material, please send an e-mail with the subject of this message
to: maritime.historical.
